Academic Rigour
The technical skills I developed through this research process
Research & Content Development
Studied reputable resources (Khan Academy, Investopedia, Zerodha Varsity) to build content on savings, investments, credit, and risk management. Adapted complex concepts into short, engaging, relatable lessons designed for teenagers.
Public Launch & Feedback
Showcased the website at a school exhibition attended by 100+ community members, receiving positive feedback from students and parents.Incorporated suggestions to improve navigation and expand examples.
Personal Connection
Why do I care about this topic, and what have I gleaned that has changed my perspective?
I created this project because I noticed a gap: most teens, including myself and my classmates, were unprepared to handle financial independence. We learned complex equations in school but rarely discussed budgeting, investing, or debt. Skills that would matter almost immediately after graduation.
